40-minute sessions scheduled one by one

Package One

Focus: Apply skills to make distinctions, let go, and discover.

Benefits: In addition to all the benefits listed above: You will identify which skills need honing for greater execution and follow through. Practice 2-3 specific competencies that will generate movement and position you for advancement.

40-minute sessions fit within 2-5 months

Package Two

Focus: Set intentions, shift old patterns, and widen your influence.

Benefits: In addition to all the benefits listed above: You will know your intentions, set a course for achieving them, and step securely into a new grid to accomplish your ambitions.

40-minute sessions fit within 5 or more months, no fewer than 3 sessions/month

About Session Length

40 Minutes or 60 Minutes?

40-minute sessions are today's norm and most often requested by our clients. What we've collectively found is that the 40-minute sessions encourage focus and laser processing of issues. Clients report that they practice new skills and competencies throughout the week and then 'hit the ground running' for our 40-minutes together.
